On the first day of the new year, BYD Automobile officially released a new brand logo, and BYD Automotive official WeChat has completed the replacement. Compared with the new and old designs, the new logo also takes the three letters "BYD" as the design core, the "BYD" letter uses a simple metal texture, while eliminating the oval outline, the simplified logo appears more beautiful. According to the data, BYD's current brand logo was released in 2007, consisting of the three letters "BYD" plus an oval outline. "BYD" means "Buil Your Dream", that is, to achieve the dream. However, with the development of the times and changes in consumer attitudes, BYD's car logo is often complained by consumers that it is "not high-end and approachable" and "simple and rude". Many designers have also designed a brand new brand logo for BYD online, but officials are unimpressed.

Later, BYD began to lay out the dynasty series of products, launched Qin, Yuan, Song, Tang, Han and other series of models, and adopted the seal body logo. At the 2018 Beijing Auto Show, BYD showed off a new concept car called E-SEED, which adopted BYD's brand logo, the latest Guan Xuan brand logo, which appeared in public for the first time. However, BYD did not say when to launch the new brand logo at the time.

The car logo is not only the image representative of an enterprise, but also the most recognizable feature. A good-looking car logo can often leave a good impression on consumers.
