According to the platform data, at present, the annual salary of some positions offered by companies such as NIO Automobile and Ideal Automobile has reached hundreds of thousands to millions. For example, the salary range of intelligent cockpit recommendation algorithm development position recruited by NIO Automobile has reached 26- 50K, while the monthly salary of chief system architect of intelligent human-computer interaction has reached 80- 110K; The ideal car gives a monthly salary of 30-60K for the position of intelligent cockpit senior system engineer and 35-60K for intelligent cockpit test manager. The annual salary of Xiaopeng Automobile's automatic driving vision algorithm senior engineer and automatic driving software senior expert is as high as 600,000 - 800,000 yuan.
On the whole, the three representative new force car enterprises give the salary of the position related to automatic driving, the minimum monthly salary also goes to 25k, the accumulated annual salary can be calculated close to 300,000 yuan. Such income can be said to be significantly higher than traditional car companies.
However, as we all know, as the automobile industry gradually shifts from traditional to intelligent industries, the selected employees are also biased towards Internet technical talents, commonly known as IT, so they are more inclined to the income of the industry in terms of salary.

According to BOSS direct employment salary, the average monthly salary of automobile sales for 1-3 years in Beijing is 8600 yuan; the average monthly salary of automobile sales for 3-5 years is 12900 yuan. The salaries given by Wei Lai, Xiaopeng, Ideal and Tesla to this position in Beijing went to 20-40K, 15-30K, 15-20K and 9-12K respectively.
For job requirements, only NIO and Tesla did not consider work experience, while Xiaopeng and Ideal required 1-3 years of work experience. It can be seen that the starting salary of new forces is much higher than that of traditional automobile enterprises.
According to industry analysis, with the influx of more new force automobile enterprises, the demand for more posts for new energy vehicles will also rise in the future, and with the continuous increase of market demand for new energy vehicles, the relevant talent gap will also expand.
As of April 19,2021, there are 248,000 new energy vehicle-related enterprises in China, among which, more than 30,000 new energy vehicle-related enterprises (all enterprises) were added in the first quarter of this year, with a year-on-year growth of 298%.
