Li Jianhua, former general manager of Dongfeng Die stamping Technology Co., Ltd., illegally accepted gifts and banquets that may affect the fair performance of official duties: before the Spring Festival in 2016 and 2017, Li Jianhua accepted 20,000 yuan worth of shopping cards from suppliers by express mail; from 2013 to 2015, he received gifts such as ivory and jade pendants from suppliers. Before the Spring Festival in 2013 and 2014, Li Jianhua also repeatedly accepted banquets arranged by business units that may affect the fair performance of official duties. Li Jianhua also has other serious violations of discipline and law. In June 2019, Li Jianhua was expelled from the party and administratively expelled. In April 2020, Li Jianhua was sentenced to eight years in prison and fined 350000 yuan for bribery and dereliction of duty of employees of a state-owned company.

Meng Xuenong, former general manager of Wuhan Dongfeng Hongtai Resource Recycling Co., Ltd., organizes 17 employees (including himself) to travel to Lushan Scenic spot in March 2013. with the approval of Meng Xuenong, he reimbursed a total of 31436.4 yuan for travel, shopping and other expenses in the name of conference expenses. Wang Yonghong, former chief of the equipment section of the transmission shaft factory of Dongfeng Automobile chassis system Co., Ltd., received gifts in violation of regulations: from July 2018 to January 2020, Wang Yonghong, then chief of the equipment section of the transmission shaft factory of Dongfeng Automobile chassis system Co., Ltd., successively received gifts of 70780 yuan from the main responsible persons of four suppliers by way of Wechat transfer. Wang Yonghong also has other problems of violating integrity and discipline. In September 2021, Chen Bo was warned by the party and the proceeds from violations of discipline were confiscated.

Dongfeng Company said that of the six typical cases reported above, the first three were serious violations of discipline and law in which senior managers were integrated with wind and corruption, and their common feature was that the relevant responsible persons were all the "top leaders" of their units, and the bottom line of integrity was comprehensively lost at important nodes such as the Spring Festival, starting with a bottle of wine, a cigarette, a meal, and a card. The latter three are spiritual problems in which middle managers violate the eight regulations of the CPC Central Committee, and their common characteristics are that disciplinary violations all took place after the 19th CPC National Congress, and they are typical violations of discipline, non-convergence, and non-stop, which must be resolutely and severely punished.

As one of the four major automobile groups in China, Dongfeng Automobile is a very large automobile enterprise directly managed by the central government. Its predecessor is the "second Automobile Factory", which was built in Shiyan, Hubei Province in 1969. On May 20, Yang Ning, former vice minister of the Marketing Department of Dongfeng Citroen Brand Department of Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd., suspected of serious job violations, was designated by the Hubei Provincial Supervisory Commission, and is currently under the supervision and investigation of Xianning Chibi City Supervisory Committee. and was taken retention measures. On July 21, Yang Zhenqiu, former deputy secretary of the party committee, secretary of the discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the trade union of Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd., was suspected of serious violation of his duties and is currently under the supervision and investigation of the Laibin Municipal Supervisory Commission; on August 13, Chen Xi, former vice president of marketing and sales of Dongfeng Renault Automobile Co., Ltd., was suspected of serious violation of the law, and is currently under the supervision and investigation of Xianning City Supervisory Committee, and has been taken retention measures. Sun Yiwen, former head of Dongfeng Citroen Brand Marketing Department of Dongfeng Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd., is currently under supervision and investigation by Xianning Municipal Supervisory Commission, and has been taken retention measures. On September 14, Xiong Xiong, the former vice minister of the marketing department of Dongfeng Qichen Motor Co., Ltd., was suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently under the disciplinary review of Dongfeng Automobile Group Co., Ltd. The discipline Inspection Commission of Dongfeng Company stressed that leading cadres at all levels, especially the "top leaders," must earnestly shoulder the political responsibility of managing the party, always maintain a clear political mind and political determination, and maintain vigilance against "corruption" and "hunting." we will continue to enhance our "immunity" against corruption and degeneration.
