In terms of appearance, the Fengyun T9 is based on the Chery Mars architecture super hybrid platform, and can be seen from the appearance that it is very similar to the Chery Tiger 9, the common closed front grille design of the new energy vehicle, the interior is decorated with decorative strips, the two sides are dotted with flattened headlamp groups, and the Chery brand logo exclusive to the Fengyun series is adopted, and the overall recognition is good.

On the side of the body, the Chery Fengyun T9 uses hidden door handles, and the smooth waistline design makes the car look longer, while the suspended roof design, hidden door handles and dense spoke rims add a touch of fashion. As a new product series of Chery, Fengyun models are equipped with Kunpeng Super C-DM hybrid system. Based on the positioning of Fengyun T9, the main competition for the car in the future is expected to include new energy SUV models such as BYD Tang DM-i, JT Shanhai L9, Zero run C11, Xingtuo Yaoguang C-DM, Geely Galaxy L7, BYD Song PLUS DM-i, etc. Data show that from January to April 2024, BYD Song PLUS sold a total of 111900 new energy vehicles, including 77200 plug-in hybrid models and 24100 Geely Galaxy L7 vehicles.

The current mixed compact SUV market competition is particularly fierce, there is no lack of than Yadizon PLUS DM-i, Geely Galaxy L7 has been recognized by a certain market products, although the T9 as a latecomer is not obvious short board, but the long board advantage is not obvious, of course, back to Chery car, there is still a certain degree of competitiveness, but reference to the current price of the T9 may not be too attractive.
