According to the consumption restriction order of the people's Court of Ninghai County, because Zhidou failed to fulfill the payment obligations specified in the effective legal documents within the period specified in the enforcement notice, the court took measures to restrict the consumption of Zhidou. Bao Wenguang, the legal representative of Zhidou and its legal representative, Bao Wenguang, is not allowed to carry out high consumption behavior, including not buying real estate or building, expanding or high-grade decoration houses, and not buying non-essential vehicles. There are nine specific consumption restrictions, such as travel, vacation and so on.

The fact that Bao Wenguang has been restricted this time shows that Zhi Dou is still in a deep predicament of development, and this is not the first time that Zhi Dou has been punished for breaking its promise. According to Qixinbao statistics, Zhidou has been listed as a bad executor three times since the next six months in 2018, and 35 times so far in 2019. In 2018, the cumulative sales of Zhidou were only 15000, down 63.90% from the same period last year. Entering 2019, the situation of Zhidou continues to deteriorate. Sales of Zhi beans from January to June this year were 2005, down 84.31% from the same period last year. In addition to the sharp decline in sales, Zhidou has also fallen into layoffs, arrears of wages, arrears, lawsuits and other storms.

It is reported that Dou Motor is actively raising funds for restructuring, hoping to return to normal business.

Earlier, Zhidou cars, which relied on subsidies, had also shuttled through the streets of major cities, but as the subsidies receded, their existence of "skinny dipping" was exposed. After all, the reason is that its product capacity is seriously insufficient. According to the website, Zhidou D2 ranks second on the complaint list of new energy vehicles in the first half of 2019. The main complaints from car owners are charging failure, engine electric drive controller failure, power battery failure, and parts disputes: no spare parts.
