At the recent Chengdu auto show, SAIC GM Cadillac brought a new model, the CT5, which locates as a luxury medium-sized sedan and will compete with Audi A4L, BMW 3-Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class models. Cadillac announced today that the new domestic CT5 will go on sale at the end of October.

Sales figures show that Cadillac sold 14706 vehicles in July, with a cumulative sales of 129298 vehicles from January to July, an increase of 2.1% over the same period last year, still ranking first among second-tier luxury brands.
