In addition, it is reported that the new domestic Prado is expected to be officially unveiled at the 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show.


The new Prado is based on the TNGA-F architecture, and the high-end non-load-bearing models of Toyota and Lexus are based on this platform, such as the new Lexus GX/LX, Toyota's new Sequoia / Sequoia / Landcool Luze, etc. The platform adopts non-load-bearing body structure, longitudinal engine layout, four-wheel drive distributor with torque amplification, and is equipped with Tolson central differential, which is characterized by lighter body weight, stronger rigidity and better off-road ability.

Judging from the new cars that have been unveiled before, the new Prado as a whole adopts a retro design style, which caters more to the aesthetic of current consumers than the previous generation of Prado, especially for young users who like personality. no doubt added more favor. Specifically, the new Prado will provide two designs, the black intake grille with the "TOYOTA" English LOGO logo in the center, and the rectangular headlamp group with the sturdy front enclosure below to enhance the visual impact of the front face.
