In accordance with the provisions, to obtain the approval of the enterprise name, that is, to obtain the right to use this name to establish a company within the jurisdiction of the registration authority. Renaming will be retained for half a year, half a year later re-thaw, if the company has not been established after the expiration, you can apply to the market regulatory department for an extension, up to one extension (half a year). According to the procedure, after obtaining the notice of approval of the enterprise name, you can go through the formalities of enterprise registration and obtain the business license at the market supervision department of the area under your jurisdiction. This also means that the establishment of FAW Audi sales company is only one step away.

However, at present, the registration information about FAW Audi sales company has not been found on the website of Hangzhou Market Regulatory Administration. Audi China and FAW-Volkswagen Audi's official information about the joint venture sales company stopped at the announcement that they signed the agreement a year ago.
