On March 24, the GLB had a left front fault (airbag failure). After testing, it was found that the plug was loose. The 4S store unplugged the central plug and reseated it, and then the fault code disappeared. When Ms. Huang drove back for a week or so, Mercedes-Benz had the same malfunction again, and until now, the central control of the car still showed a "left front failure" hint.

Ms Huang said it was the third time that the failure had occurred. The 4S store reseated the plug for the first time and replaced the airbag control unit for the second time, but only a day later, the alarm on the left front lit up again. In this regard, Ms. Huang hopes to return the car, because now the 4S store can not solve this problem.

Four months after buying the car, the luxury car has no sense of superiority, but there is a lot of trouble. For Ms. Huang's request, the after-sales manager of Huzhou Dexing 4S store said that he had fed back the relevant data to the manufacturer, but had not yet received a clear reply. As for the cause of the car's failure, the 4S store said it needed further testing. As for whether Ms. Huang's situation meets the standard of returning and changing cars, the 4S store has not given a clear answer.

Automobile experts of the Zhejiang Consumer Protection Commission said that a situation like the final failure light of the airbag can be considered as a serious safety performance failure, and if it has not been repaired twice, Ms. Huang can completely ask the 4S store to return and change the car. And the identification of this serious safety performance fault can not be identified until the accident is found, because in the event of an accident, there may be casualties. Finally, Ms. Huang said that she was willing to wait for the manufacturer's reply before negotiating with the 4S store.
