Red Flag S series sports cars will be built through joint ventures and cooperation. In April this year, Changchun Municipal Government, FAW of China and Silco of the United States jointly signed a letter of intent for the Red Flag S-Series project. FAW and Silco will set up a joint venture to manufacture the first Red Flag sports car. According to the plans announced by both sides, the Hongqi S manufacturing and delivery center will be located in Changchun and will be built in three phases, and will gradually realize the domestic assembly and delivery of Hongqi S9 and S7 supercar products, followed by Hongqi S5, S3 and so on. The Hongqi S9 is equipped with a hybrid oil-electric system composed of a V8 turbocharged engine and a motor. the comprehensive power of this system exceeds 1400 horsepower, the maximum speed can reach 400km/h, and the acceleration of 100 kilometers under normal conditions is less than 2.3s, while the breaking time under limit conditions is only 1.9s.

Two extended versions of special models

Hongqi H9 + new car is based on the H9 model to build an extended version, positioning more high-end, the future of new cars may be customized for sales, will also be used for special high-end occasions.
